All the information you need to plan your next bike ride to Spiti.
Narkanda is approx 176 Km From Chandigarh. it is a lesser known beautiful hill station. perfect for ending day 1 of your ride. you can visit Hattu peak in the evening.
Day 1
Chitkul is also 176 Km From Narkanda and it takes around 6 hours to reach. last village on Indo Tibet border is simply amazing. stay at a tent along the Baspa River.
Day 2
Kalpa is Just 54 Km from chitkul but on the way you can visit sangla and rackham. and in the evening you can go to suicide point and roghi village.
Day 3
Tabo is 161 Km from kalpa. Due to well paved roads it takes only 4 hours to reach. on the way you can explore Khab Bridge, Nako Lake and Gue Monastery.
Day 5
Todays Distance is Just 48 Km, But road conditions are not that good. on the way you can explore Dhankar Village and Pin Valley.
Day 6
Take a rest day at kaza and explore the market and kaza town. you can also visit kaza Monastery .
Day 7
Start Early and you can explore Hikkim, Langza, Komik, Key Monastery, Kibber and Chicham. all the places are very near to kaza and can be covered in a single day.
Day 8
Chandra taal is the most exciting part of every spiti trip. its around 97 Km from kaza and takes around 4 hours to reach due worst road conditions.
Day 9
toughest day of entire bike ride to spiti. these 112 km will test your skills of bike riding. water crossings , slush, sand and stones makes it a real adventure.
