So Rohru is perfect place to stay and plan a day trip to chanshal pass. Start early morning and enjoy whole day at pass and come back to rohru to enjoy evening on the banks of Pabbar river.

If you are a real adventure enthusiast or a Bike Ride lover. Then you must visit this place with real adventure and really tough terrain to conquer. My suggestion is don’t try it in rainy Season as road’s are really dangerous due landslides and slush. It will be future gateway to uttarakhand from himachal, as Indian government is developing roads from this pass to the village in uttarakhand. Best time to visit is around April and may. As you can witness the snow covered mountains peaks on chanshal and weather is simply awesome.
